P.E.W. SYSTEMS

P.E.W. Systems is an Ephesians 4:12 based process.

“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ”

The five-fold ministry gifts of the Church (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher) were given three responsibilities; perfect, work, edify.  PEWLEAD has and is developing systems to help the gifted leaders of our churches accomplish those responsibilities.

PERFECTING – Equipping

There is a need for workers in the field. For too long we have allowed our pastors and a few chosen leaders to do most of the work in and around the church. The time is now to begin developing new workers, new leaders to shoulder the tasks before us. Simply assigning people various ministry opportunities is not enough. We must equip them for the task. As soldiers train and learn skills, so we must train our members for the working in the harvest.

PEWLEAD has been involved in Ministry Discovery for many years. DISCover Your Voice is a Ministry Discovery Course written with Biblically sound principles by Apostolics to clarify what each member should do in the church.  This course along with others can be tailored to meet the equipping needs of your church.

EDIFYING – Discipleship

The call for discipleship has never been stronger than it is today. Our world has gotten away from the Judeo-Christian values of our forefathers and when one begins the process towards God, they often must break old habits and form new ones.  Pointing them towards the pattern of Jesus with an understanding of why we must follow Jesus is an important process of discipleship.

PEWLEAD works with the pastor and leaders to develop a discipleship path that adheres to Biblical Values and reflects the teaching of the local assembly.

WORKING – Ministering

Jesus cried for labourers in the field and today the need is still growing. Once we have discipled and equipped the people of God, it is time for us to release them for ministry. God commissioned all of His Church for ministry (Acts 1:8), not a select few.  The Body must allowed all members to function as they were designed (1Cor. 12:18).  All are called for a purpose and ministry.

PEWLEAD is committed to working with each church to open doors of opportunity to every member. Organization of departments and establishing new ministries is something we have been involved with for over 20 years.
